Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel fabulous in your Little Party Dress, so if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your unworn garments with all original tags attached into a secure mailing bag or the original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a store credit via email so you can find your perfect party replacement.
